Orders & Shipping
Will I be charged customs or VAT fees? (UK Orders)
No. We ship our orders using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service for our UK customers. This means all import taxes and duties are handled by us beforehand. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. No surprises at your door!
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. You can track the status directly using our system.
Note: Tracking information may take 2-3 days to update in the system after you receive your shipping confirmation.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. For UK orders, delivery typically takes between 5 to 10 business days after processing. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days before the item ships.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process orders automatically to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or change an address, please contact us immediately (within 1 hour of ordering). Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we cannot stop or cancel it.
Returns & Refunds
What are the conditions for returns?
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. If you wish to return an item, please contact our support team first to receive the correct return address and instructions.
How do I request a return?
To initiate a return, please visit our Contact Page. You must include your order number and a photo of the item showing it is in original condition with tags attached.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
We apologize for the inconvenience! Please submit a request through our Contact Page with your order number and clear photos of the damage or incorrect item.
In cases of verified damage or our error, we will provide a free replacement or full refund without any return fees.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay as displayed at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through strictly encrypted, PCI-compliant gateways. We do not have access to or store your full credit card details.
